Your Healthy Thanksgiving Table - Culinary Therapy

Your Healthy Thanksgiving Table

The holidays are a magical time of year, but for many of us they’re also an annual challenge to fit in the same clothes or stick with a healthy eating plan.

Temptation is everywhere, from holiday chocolate to pumpkin pies to indulgent seasonal coffees to holiday parties. And your healthy resolve is replaced almost overnight by a month long feast on sugar and “bad” foods.

While it may feel like it’s easier to start fresh in January, I want to invite you to consider what you can do starting right this very minute to avoid the dreaded holiday weight gain and start the new year feeling lighter and brighter.

I invite you to dust off your kitchen counters (if it’s been awhile) and get into the kitchen and cook! This week, I’m happy to share with you my favorite recipes to add a little healthy to your Thanksgiving table.

I created a brand new recipe for Healthy Pumpkin Pie that I know you’re going to love. It’s really easy to make, super healthy, and delicious. Give it a try!

From my kitchen to yours…

One way to avoid the dreaded holiday weight gain is to bring delicious and healthy foods you can enjoy. Make any one or more of these great recipes for your Thanksgiving table.
