Warming Ginger Tea - Culinary Therapy

Warming Ginger Tea

Beat the common cold and digestive distress like heartburn, reflux, or an upset stomach with this soothing anti-inflammatory tea.


1 tbsp fresh ginger
1 tbsp fresh lemon
1 tbsp raw honey



Boil 1 cup of water.  Add ginger and steep for 3-5 minutes, covered.  Strain.  Add lemon and honey.

Makes 1 cup.
