Simple smoothies are a creative way to incorporate more fruits (and vegetables) into your children’s diets. These strawberry smoothies are pink, making them especially kid-friendly!
2 ripe bananas
1 cup of coconut milk
1 cup of strawberries
Peel bananas, cut in half and freeze. Add frozen bananas, coconut milk, strawberries, and ice to blender and puree very well until smooth.
Experiment with different berries. There’s no wrong way to make a smoothie!
