INGREDIENTS
3 cups fresh cucumber, chopped
3 cups fresh pineapple, chopped
1/2 avocado
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 handful fresh cilantro, minced
DIRECTIONS:
Blend pineapple, cucumber, avocado, lime juice and sea salt in a blender.
Garnish with olive oil and fresh cilantro.
Serve cold.
