Simple Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

I love this simple smoothie for cooler fall days.  Pumpkin is high in dietary fiber which is great for digestion and elimination.

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk or water
7 oz fresh, roasted pumpkin puree (or 1/2 15 oz can)
1/2 cup spinach
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon no sugar pumpkin spice
1 tbsp chia seeds
optional: pumpkin seeds

DIRECTIONS
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender.  Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.  Enjoy!
