Fresh Figs & Yogurt Breakfast

This super simple breakfast is your go-to breakfast for the season.  Figs are an energy-booster, high in fiber and minerals including potassium which is great for athletes or high energy days.

INGREDIENTS
1 fresh fig
1 cup plain coconut yogurt (or your choice)
honey, to taste
1 tsp ground flax or chia seeds
optional: walnuts or granola

DIRECTIONS
Wash and quarter your fig.  Place in a bowl of yogurt.  Drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with your choice of seeds.  Add optional walnuts or granola.  Enjoy!
