Pecan-Walnut Pie Crust

 This gluten and grain-free piecrust is going to become your favorite! So crispy and delicious, you’ll be surprised by how easy it is to make.

1 cup ground walnuts
1 cup ground pecans
1 large egg
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp ghee
6 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all of the crust ingredients in a food processor and blend until it comes together and forms a dough. Evenly press the dough out into a tart pan. Bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven to cool.

Add pie filling of your choice. Bake according to your favorite pie recipe.
