Kale and Avocado Salad

Kale is a dark green leafy vegetable that’s loaded with nutrients, including calcium. It’s a great choice for soups, smoothies, and salads. Here, my favorite kale salad. Simple, healthy, and delicious.

INGREDIENTS:
1 bunch of kale
sea salt
1 avocado
1/2 lemon

DIRECTIONS:

Remove the kale from its thick center stem and chop the leaves into small pieces. Add the juice of 1/2 lemon and avocado. Blend with your hands until creamy. There should be no remaining chunks of avocado in the salad.
Add salt to taste.
