Healthy Summer Lemonade

When the weather gets hot, I crave something refreshing and so created this delicious yet simple lemonade. Perfect for a hot summer day!

1 cup freshly juiced lemon, or about 6 lemons
1/3-1/2 cup raw honey
6 cups water
fresh mint leaves
ice cubes or lemon slices for serving

Whisk the lemon juice and water until combined. Add the honey and whisk until dissolved. Refrigerate to chill. Prior to serving add ice cubes or lemon and fresh mint leaves for garnish. Enjoy!
