Chocolate Chia Seed Mousse

A superfood mousse rich in iron, fiber, protein, and healthy fats to improve your energy, boost your brain power, improve your mood, and support a healthy elimination.  Wow!  Delicious, simple, and highly nutritious.


⅓ cup cacao powder
3 tbsp ground chia seeds
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1 cup classic coconut milk (BPA-free can- Native Forest brand)
1 ripe banana


Grind chia seeds in a small coffee grinder (or purchase pre-ground seeds).  Combine all ingredients in a food processor until creamy.  Refrigerate for 45 minutes to an hour to set.


Serves 2.
