Your digestive system is connected to your brain via the vagus nerve. And your happy hormone, serotonin, resides in the gut. These physiological connections between your gut and your brain are the reason why so many issues in mental health are related to the health of your digestive system.

In the US, 69-84% of women reported feeling unhappy with their bodies regardless of their size. Struggles with body image contribute to feelings of depression, low self-esteem, and obsessing over body size, chronic dieting, and the development of eating disorders.

THE GOOD NEWS is that all of these issues are preventable with good nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices.

A unique culinary nutrition consultation center offering private functional nutrition services, health coaching and health-supportive cooking instruction.

We are dedicated to two core beliefs:

How I can help….

I help women who are struggling with a health issue, frustrating symptoms, or an unhealthy relationship with food make sustainable diet and lifestyle changes so that they feel truly empowered in their health and their lives.

I specialize in mental health nutrition and digestive challenges with a focus on eating behavior, chronic dieting, disordered patterns of eating, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and digestive issues like SIBO and IBS.

Your first step is to schedule a clarity call with me. This is a complimentary 20 minute phone call to discuss your nutrition, health and wellness goals, and to ensure we are a good fit

Private, functional nutrition services

After our clarity call, your next step is to complete a Premier Nutrition Assessment, which we will discuss over a 60 minute Initial Nutrition Consultation. We will discuss your health history, goals, diet and lifestyle. You will have the time and space to share your story and you will leave feeling heard.

Private nutrition programs typically range in length from 4 to 8 months. During this time, you will receive a customized plan and implementation strategies to support new healthy habits. You will receive customized protocols, your own recipe book (which we will create together), and access to a wide range of functional nutrition testing.
